This app has caused me endless frustration. I need to control the heating in my home and ever since December whenever I open the app there is just this small spinning circle. I uninstalled and reinstalled it over 10 tens, and kept updating it. Nothing works. Today I tried to reinstall it again and it is no longer recognising my hub code so I can't get control of my heating anymore. Thank goodness I have google home so at least I can turn it on and off remotely. These issues really need to be fix

This app used to be fine on Android, and the UI was easier to set schedules than using the thermostat. However, since the last update I've been unable to - it just waits on the spinner indefinitely. I've uninstalled but same result. It's a shame as this has been reported by many other s without any resolution. Date and time settings are all exactly as suggested. Please fix!

Used hive for many years and have recommended it to many many people. Almost a perfect app. However I would like to point out the scheduling is not straight forward and often doesn't save the times correctly. However my reason for being here is to simply ask for a today's timer. So I can set in and hours time for 2 hours heating for example. Which only through the very glitchy schedule system I can atm ,but at the same time then destroy schedules that took ages to sort. Please help

Latest app is slow to load (probably due to poor coding as my phone and internet are faster than ever) and more complex to navigate than previous versions (e.g. why now do I have to press start after pressing boost when before I could just press boost). There is also a delay between pressing and anything actually happening. I think the lesson here is that if your app development team are useless, you should get them to do as little as possible, as the more they touch the worse the app becomes.

App used to be OK, was good to be able to turn heating off to unused rooms. But the TRVs were unreliable. Calls to help centre took so long that I spent all last winter not even using my heating as almost all TRVs were offline or 10°C out on temp! Paid to get all pins in my rads replaced, determined to get system working right this winter. Now the app often just has spinning circle or if it gets past that, each room/hot water just has spinning circle. Wish I'd never switched to "smart" system!

Poor over the last few months. It used to be a great app, but the last 2 updates have been shockingly bad. My phone regularly says thermostat offline, but I have no fault with hub, receiver, or thermostat. I can use my thermostat to switch on/off and boost, but I can't use the scheduler due to the phone saying offline. I have reset and reinstalled, but the only way to fix it is to ring up. Please bring out a reliable update asap or offer a rollback to previous versions.

A nightmare. I'm in poor health and the last thing I need is constantly trying to re-pair devices because heating and hot water "can't reach device". I've only just got it working and now it's gone again!! EDIT: So Hives response is to purchase one of their signal boosters! There is nothing wrong with my signal strength and these issues only occurred after updating to the latest version of the app. You only have to look at the date of all the one-star reviews to see when problems began.

The previous version of the app worked well. I was asked if I wanted to trial the new version, which I did. I didn't like it and found the heating came on at random times, not at the scheduled times. I gave and reverted back to the older version. Since being forced to use the new app, this issue is still happening. A joke to force us to use the new app when it was identified as an issue before the rollout happened?! As a mechanical engineer by trade I will not recommend to any Clients!
