Waste of time I thought if I have the what they call 'plus' subscription, the app would be much easier to watch and without ads! ... guess what... u still have the ads in the app! Also, u can't share what you are watching in the app to YOUR TV (u have to share the entire screen and use smart view feature!) but the most annoying thing is that the app can't keep screen on and u have to touch the screen every 10 seconds to avoid turning off the screen!! I have Netflix and never faced such thing

Worst app ever. Slow , keeps freezing. You can't cast it to your tv. The plus option is a rip off you'll pay for it but never actually receive the service. Don't bother. Customer service is frustrating and not much help. Don't waste your money on it. I posted this review last year Ramadan. I checked this year nothing has improved sadly! Here I am updating every year! It's 2024 still no chromecast option in the app. Why should I pay ? What's the use of the app. Really disappointing.

Very bad, videos keep showing can't play video error, loading menu is soo boring and video keeps stopping while internet is perfect, very bad video play settings. Video quality cannot be adjusted, some videos doesn't exist and some videos are smashing at the middle. Very bad over all, Uninstalled and not recommending.

I installed the app on TV and it keep crashes and slow. The video quality of live stream is very bad. I wish they kept the live stream on youtube. Many app sections just show the loader icon and that is it. I hope they will fix it and make it better.

I have updated the app 3 days ago and the live session continuously stop running with no reason, also the app has many malfunctioning issues. And the ads are extremely annoying and long. And hello guys , what about casting the app into smart tv? Is it hard to do???

Very bad app and services as I subscribed it and I should have services on monthly basis, the first Month went well but the second month during my subscription the payment was deducted from my but they never provided me with services and Roya advised me that I have no subscription with them although they took their payment, and guess what I called Roya on the phone number they provided to other customers but no one answered, big waste of time, unfortunately such worthless app to have

As a subscriber to Roya TV, I'm disappointed with the continuous removal of first episodes and the absence of my favorite cooking shows. This inconsistency and lack of full content diminish the value of my subscription. Roya TV needs to improve its library and provide a more fulfilling experience for paying customers.
