Edit: Vattenfall responded same day as the earlier review and now everything seems to work. I'm guessing older reviews hasn't beem updated or the problem was solved now. However now it seems to run smooth as to the purpose of the app. With their fast service I'm upgrading to 5 stars from 1 star. Credit when credit is due.
