BS bait and switch scam. Found a great deal 61% off regular rate. Went to book and suddenly the room is no longer available. Go out and go back in and the room is still showing available. Go to book again but not available. Zen hotels gave me 5% off to book another room. 5% discount is approximately $50. Original discount was $1,000. Big difference which is why I say it's a bait and switch scam.

This company doesn't care one jot for it's customers. Period. I booked a hotel room In Ooty India and paid ZenHotels. They confirmed everything. I flew into Bangalore arriving in the early hours. My friend met me at the airport and three buses later we arrived late afternoon ready to crash at the pre-booked hotel. The ZenHotels d hotel denied they had received the booking and ZenHotels did nothing to fulfill their obligation. They did refund the cost, but I would never trust ZenHotels.

The application needs to be seriously reviewed and updated by your team. My first booking was denied (told to refresh and book again) and when booking again, I ended up having paid twice my stay! Currently experiencing troubles accessing my in the app. Prices suddenly change after a few minutes (offices were lowered for my part). Excellent communication, staffs are available in the chat and immediately cancelled the first booking (but can take up to two months to be reimbursed).

Great app with good prices. But one thing which is terribly wrong, you state if there are rooms available before making the proceed to the last step. Today I checked 3 hotels and i didn't have my credit card saved, so i had to enter the card number 3 times just to find out that the hotel is fully booked. I mean what's the point of searching by date if you're not going to filter out the booked hotels already.

Update, the booking has been confirmed just 2 days before the trip, it put us in a lot of hustle. They provided a very competitive price! FAKE BOOKINGS ... AVOID! Made a reservation through the website, and it showed as fully paid and booking completed. ed the hotel after 3 days before checking-in and they said no reservation received. checked again with zenhotels , they are very unresponsive, and seems didn't even ed the hotel. will update soon.

I'll be glad too. The ability to open the map, then find a different spot on the map and search that area still on the map is WONDERFUL. (CHECK AIRBNB) all othe hotel apps cannot do that. If you could, it would DEFINITIVELY give me a reason to use you, not them. Without it... ZEN goes to the back of the line.

I am not one to leave reviews, especially any negative ones. I am very disappointed, went in to the website and app with very high expectations and was completely let down. I had booked a hotel date for my consular appointment which unexpectedly changed due to an emergency issue tried to cancel and receive my refund, was able to cancel but did not receive anything back. On top of delaying and setting me back, I am down money to actually pay for a room.

Awful experience with the app due to them having a "glitch" in a system which forced us to refund our booking. Called up their customer service to sort things out but they were so ive aggressive on trying to claim that it was our fault for not getting back to them. Overall an awful experience and I would suggest everyone else's to stick to Agoda instead which have a wonderful customer service team unlike these "professionals" from zenhotels.
