Couldn't use the app, kept getting I needed to enable the browser within device setting's. Don't know what browser it is wanting turned on as I won't enable the factory installed web browser if that is what it's wanting! I use multiple other web browsers depending on what site I'm going to and if it will work with that site or not. Even the guy from Bristol motor speedway had no idea what the app was wanting when I called about my tickets I had bought and couldn't get to, due to this issue.

After ing app, cannot access tickets, error message "unfortunately the Bristol app stopped working" this has occurred for an extended amount of days. Reinstalled the app and same error message. It appears I'm not the only person having issues. Help!!

Ridiculous. Im signed in on the app and when i try to get my tickets it says i have to go to the app !!! IM ON THE APP ! Also, on an android you dont have the options it tells you to choose to get your tickets when you look at the instructions on the app. You cant get through on the phone either.

Horrible App with ZERO VALUE. I bought tickets and they aren't showing on the app. If you can email me to tell me to and app to get what I paid for..you can just as easily email the ticket. If I have to pay again tomorrow I'm gonna be one angry individual. Again-USLESS APP.

I have been coming to Bristol for 47 years and never had any trouble getting tickets., this app does not work ! It says trouble on the Bristol end , can't the tickets that I have already paid for . Junk ! We are leaving in the morning . I hope that we can get in !

Only time I needed to use this app was race day. It didn't work. Got the "oops something went wrong" error over and over again. Trash.
