The email says, the app and it'll put the photos on your phone gallery. I ed the app, tried to the zip from the email, and nothing happens. It goes through the whole loading bar like it's ing but nothing gets extracted from the zip. It literally says 0 extracted. Waste of time. Dropbox is easier to use than this.

I have been using SmugMug for years! Photography is a hobby for me, and I am able to share high-quality photo galleries with friends and family easily. If this ever becomes a business for me, I can see how easy it would be to use SmugMug to share and sell photos. I highly recommend this app. It is worth the yearly subscription cost. Customer service is fantastic! I inadvertently deleted galleries, and they were able to restore them in no time after a quick email. I was so grateful for that!

App always tries to run a slideshow while charging. Even if the app has not been opened and slideshow started. It runs behind the lock screen while charging, causing the screen to stay on and flicker in brightness. I only wanted the app for push notifications for sales, but the forced slideshows make it a complete nuisance! Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Is an issue on both my S22 Ultra and new S24 Ultra. The response below fixed it, however, this is a feature I never activated.

We have been smugmug subscribers since 2005 and we still think it's the best hosting site available. There is only one issue with their site that was available and is no longer which they say cannot be fix and that is a huge bummer in our eyes. As far as this app goes;it's nearly perfect. The one thing with it I'd like to see fixed is that when auto play is enabled (Screensaver if you will) that movies would play without having to engage the play button before the next photo appears.

Oh yeah, this app is perfect! I can store so many pics on the app without taking up space on my phone. I can also send pics directly to the app from my phone and store them in any folder that I want. The only thing I wish they would add is a feature to allow s to organize folders in any order they want...drag and drop them in a particular way that is important to the .

Very nice.. As long as you pay. If your subscription runs out they won't even give you access to your photos. Was using the app to photograph my workout improvements for a few months, but building muscle isn't the fastest thing so I canceled it. Now I can't even see or retrieve my pictures without paying a month's sub. Would have appreciated if I could just export them or even just see small versions of them.

Latest update ruined experience. I have used the smugmug app since it's inception. The latest update is horrible. The way folders are organized & displayed. Often it decides which folders to display not showing them all even though they are public. I can only find some if I search for them other times they show. It is difficult to find my galleries in the new version. The previous version paralleled the website organization. The new one is just a big mess. It seems much worse on my tablet.

It's fast. I like that I can access all the photos thru the app with ease. I particularly like the fact that even with Google Photos backing up my photos, I could use SmugMug as a second source of backup, automatically. Also love how they keep adding new features - goes to show that they are constantly improving.
