App was working great until now. Unable to view rooms, unable to see family,unable to add scene unable to do anything. Each time I go into see family management app shuts down with a message that there is a bug and need to wait for developer to fix. How long will this take? Unable to use app.

I've never had a problem with this device/app but since the update the device won't connect app. This is the message I keep getting: Something went wrong with ORVIBO Home ORVIBO Home closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.

Cannot add timers B25 UK Socket, just comes up with " failure to locate, timed task may not be accurate, check the connection" Only way to set a regular timer is to use the automation feature. You used to be able to set simple timers.

Since last update, once I the app, I find my family but NOT the associated devices, nor scenes and automation in my Samsung S23. I have tried to add the device again but it is as though nothing had happened.

Looks slick but doesn't do the trick. I have 2* S20 s doesn't even find them when directly connected to them.

Apparently this vendor pushed out an update, the layout is completely reskinned, the icons are all different, all of my remotes are suddenly gone! Zero of five stars. Also in the past, renaming or editing scenes or macros or rooms has been impossible to find in the layout, buttons, menus, and their website is horrible for FAQ and technical and how to's. Still 1of5. No way to teach custom remote.
