Food, service, quality, all great! 5 stars. App sucks. Crashes every time I open it. Naming a favorite order does nothing. 2 stars because i can at least complete and pay for an order. Would rate lower but don't want the rating to negatively reflect the restaurant brand itself.

Horrible app. good to collect points but that's about it. my biggest issue is the app doesn't save your cart if you press the home button in the app to go back to the main menu. it's super tedious and annoying having to select the store you want all and your order all over again when this happens, especially if it's a bigger order.

Don't get me wrong, the food is great! It's just the app that's terrible. I could never sign in. When I try to update my , it takes me to a secure site which loads and loads but never goes anywhere. It's better to just online order through a web browser or call ahead. It usually takes some time for the store to get your order ready, so I would suggest those if you don't want to wait.

The promised code for new doesn't work. There is no where in cart or checkout to use a code. Unless that's dependent on location chosen. Wasted 30 mins of my time looking in app and online order forms, to just end up calling in anyway. It was on the website's past news list, apparently is no longer ed but fine print is unreadable. There's no way to select half-half on wing sauce in app, either.

Horrible app. Designed poorly. Cart icon non existent. Added card and it shows wrong last 4. Go to and nowhere to see cards saved. Basically ordered and no idea if it used the right card.

I wasted $13.00 on a bowl of rice and chicken with medium sauce. It was wrong they made it again when I got home, it was wrong again. Please refund me or make the order again. 😕🤮 how can I get a refund?

Why do I have to constantly reset my to use this app. I love this app for pre-ordering dinner and picking it up on my way home. I gave it 2 stars because of the constant reset emails.
