The app+services have potential, but it needs work. What's missing is the possibility of rerouting a delivery once we get a notification. It's not possible to refuse a delivery or to redirect to a locker from the app before it gets delivered a first time. The postman has to go to the address for nothing and then the next step can be taken. I originally had issues with the locker side of things, but it turns out that this was related to how my package was handled locally.

Worked mostly well in the past, but since the last update (that introduced dark mode) I can't anymore. After pressing "" in various places I the app, nothing happens, it just hangs. Even after cleaning caches. Edit: I can on the web without problem. The app never opens the screen, and since I deleted all the data and cache, it doesn't know anything about my , so it can't be related to the type. Update: it does work correctly recently.

Doesn't work, means: you found a way to absolutely overcomplicate an app: I have to turn of energy-saving mode to (already a why moment) but then 2 out of 3 times something in the information exchange doesn't work (since the tkes places in an interconnected webbrowser I don't know what) and I can't get logged in. And the weirdest part for all of this is that I initially just wanted to buy a stamp (Still didn't figure out why I need to be logged in for that very personal service)

Loading indicator when the app is starting would be nice. This app, from all my apps, takes the longest to load. I always have the urge to press the reload button on the startup screen. Otherwise it's a nice app. Not super clear in all menus but good. What i really want is to only receive the confirmation of delivery notification and not all push messages or none. I want to be able to select which notification i want. Ond i only want the confirmation of delivery!

Great app, horrible . Constant , only works 1 out of 10 times and app freezes after . 5/5 if it had working process. Example: successful, app doesn't recognize it and freezes. successful, "You were not automatically redirected when you signed up. Please click on the «»button to complete the process.", button doesn't work. successful, nothing happens after. s. , " Post Connector Your last attempt failed. Please check your input"

It seems that the option to customize the delivery date/time is not working at all, although i am well within the deadline to do so (before midnight on the previous day). This is somehow inconvenient but the rest of the app is great.

The Swiss Post app serving ads is unacceptable. I know you can disable them, but this does not change the fact that a national service provider should focus on delivering a professional, ad-free experience. Customers already pay for postal services, and ads feel intrusive and inappropriate, undermining the app’s credibility.

Could you make options to better customiite the push notifications? I receive miltiple notifications for the same parcel: dispached, sheduled arrival, arrived. While only one per parcel would be sufficient. Also idely if one could distinguish for notifications where action is needed, e.g. signature required would be useful.
