This is an incredibly fun game. It's historically indepth! Every card has a sentence of flavor texts, laws and policies are tied and described in an interesting way. That being said this game is extremely hard. 20 runs or so I'm just breaking year 100. You'll lose. Alot. It's a kick in the teeth and tough decisions every turn. You will get better. One MASSIVE PROBLEM. Every comment says the same thing. Enemy armies scale exponentially. By year 100 I was fighting 3, 200 armies. You can't win

I was overwhelmed at the start but learnt the game mechanic bit by bit and turns out it was pretty good. The fonts make my eye hurt by a bit, but that might be on me if I'm wrong. I hope they add a Favorite mechanic into the Legion/Inventory so that I can search things that I want easily, also a menu for us to see what buffs (Combined or not) we get from the Heroes at the game menu. Overall it's pretty good, hope they don't fumble on the development on this game, keep going o7.

Unfortunately, your decisions do not do much to determine the success of your empire. AI armies will always scale faster than you, there's no way to mitigate loses from crisis, and you'll always be forced to skip years because you're short on 1 resource or 1 attribute or 1 relationship. Having a stock of rerolling events would help, or gearing events towards what your empire is known for.

Interesting game, but ultimately the military unit tactics management is way too fiddly. The game really needs a single button to unequip all tactics from all units. You need to adjust your active units and tactics cards with every battle, which necessitates constant unequiping and reequipping. There is just too much tapping in and out of unit menus to keep the fun going.

I love graphics and no-ads. 1) I don't like that there is no detailed notification of what changes about country like of you got crisis and what you lose and what you get (e.g. -1x surgeon) 2) Desicion about deplomecy don't do things even if other countries have respect it will start war against you eventually 3) there is no difficulties to be selected. You will have to run game 5-10 time to be kingdom and you can't choose 4) Red dot is annoying, it doesn't dissappear immediately after you click

This game has so much promise but ultimately delivers on little of it. I'd still recommend giving it a shot since it's still better than most mobile games, but it has a lot of room for improvement and atm wouldn't spend on it. The problems are: 1: Your stats end up feeling mostly like flavor text. Having a high military stat, for example, hardly helps your military at all 2: legion healing in finicky: your legions won't ively heal on their own... Much more to say over word limit count.

Was enjoying the game until I got 6 crisis situations back to back and that was only after 20 minutes of playing, being asked each time to choose to lose 3 Population or 50 percent of already selected Legions or my entire Gold Supply 6 times in a row is not fun at all, it would be extremely hard to find any country that has two crisis back to back but probably possible, but 3,4,5 and 6 in a row only happened in the Bible to Egypt, will uninstall if this happens again during my play through.

Enjoy playing but I wish there a option to customized your avatar/character.It feels like the game is lacking without it since you have custom biomes you wanted to play as.Also i wish you can create your own custom name for empires instead of randomizer sinced some are sounds more like a terrain name rather than a empire. I hope this Review helps!
