Updated: I'm updating my review to 4 stars. was able to resolve my issue, and the app is now working as expected. I love the flexibility of being able to set up random testing or set schedules. ---- I can't delete schedules that I've set up. Even though they are no longer listed in my schedule tab, the tests are still scheduled on a daily basis. This app is unusable unless I can get help with this, and I've been trying to get in touch with about it, but no one is replying to me.

There's issues with 'signature expired' error which can cause a missed test when you are unable to sign in even after several months of using the same email, and finger print for accessing the app. The breathalyzer itself is better after updating not leading to false positive tests at least. Since it does work more often than not I still find it worthy of 3 stars.

The told me my signature expired. So I un-installed and reinstalled the app, only for it to tell me it has a bug and can't open. I've reached out and sent emails to and for weeks haven't heard back. I am so unbelievably angry that I have paid $100 a month for almost a year and have had so many issues and no from . BULLSH*T

Absolutely awful experience as of June 28th. I tried over and over again to delete, reinstall, sign in, and kept getting signature errors. Then once I uninstalled this last time, it wouldn't even let me select the app. It would open on the screen of my Android and then clothes back to the icon. This made me miss a good two to three weeks and has caused havoc in my life. I can only imagine what it has done to people who were under a court order.

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. My app wouldn't let me in. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it won't open. It says there's a bug. I've called customer service several times and I sit on hold for the automated system to them say leave a message. I've left a message and no one had called back in several hours.

Encountered the APP not opening, I have the latest version, cleared my cache, etc. An error comes up stating that there is a bug and update once editors have fixed the problem. They are closed today and I've been sending them emails. For the cost it's ridiculous to have issues. They haven't even sent any emails regarding any potential issues. This is a huge problem. It worked fine for the past 3 months and no problems, now massive problem! Not even worth 1 star

App worked fine for 4 months. This morning it stopped logging in via fingerprint recognition. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won't load at all. Just loads the startup screen and then crashes/shuts down.

Won't install telling me every detail, 1 by 1 they are wrong, no, no they are not. Well thanks for a response, be it 8 months later, I've owned many many different higher end breathalyzers over the years in $600+ range, I've also owned many BACtrack devices the best being the S80 Pro, I've still got it and I still trust it 100%, with this particular device I found the app to be buggy and lagging, when I attempted to install the app time and time again it would give me an error at every step??
