My daughter lives in Texas. She came for a visit here in TN and, while here, her hubby was watching the local weather pretty closely. He showed me the app and I was impressed enough that I ed it. It's so much more precise and informative than the app that came with the phone (Weather Channel) and it kind of tickled me that even though we're not in Texas, it does show our local weather and sends appropriate warnings. Nice app!

I use this app everyday and will be using it several times a day during hurricane season. I find the forecasts 95% accurate and the FUTURE feature on the radar map is fantastic. I can judge when to do errands. Several friends and familiy have put this app on their phones and are also pleased with it.

This app single-handedly cut my phone's battery life in half. I used a system monitor app to check, and in the time it took my second-highest-activity app to make 700 remote connections, this app had done it more than 8000 times! And all that for an app that can't even keep track of my location.

Edit update 5-14-2024 Still sucks now after i update it doesnt work at all Ridiculous you would think it would get better but no Uninstalled for good Every time I turn it on I can't do anything it freezes my phone and I think it's real funny how Doppler Dave gets muted a whole lot but all the other weather guys get full videos fix this app and I might consider ing it again but until then it's uninstalled and I'll make sure I tell everybody not to it cuz it crashes your phone

The most accurate weather app I've found. It really helps to plan my day and how to dress, which is most definitely needed in a place like the panhandle of Texas where the weather can and has been known to change within 30 minutes
