When I try to create an , it tells me customer profile couldn't be saved. I've tried several times, but always the same thing. I guess I'm heading to Walmart to get a fishing license. Hopefully I don't have any problems syncing it to the app. Would be super convenient using the app, as I don't like carrying my wallet while hunting or fishing.

Update - once I figured out it was filed under my license number, everything works beautifully. Thanks! I was able to sign up online then went to the store to avoid the extra $3 fee. When I tried to sync my license to my it couldn't find my . I uninstalled and tried again. Still won't find me. It works fine for my husband. I'm not sure if it was something the clerk did or the app itself.

I can navigate the app really easily, and it's easy to find the things I need. It's much easier to navigate the app than it is to try and find stuff online. I don't like that the links don't seem to work through the app. For example, if I go to the Hunt section and click on Hunting Seasons, I'm redirected to a website. On that website, there is a link to the 2021-2022 Hunting guide as a PDF, but, if I click on the link, nothing happens. Very annoying to leave the app to go online

APP has great potential but many downfalls. Applying for special permit hunts is a nightmare to complete, especially for party hunts. Finding some purchases to make is difficult. Much, Much simplification needs to be done to the navigation and completing of the above issues. Check out other G&F Apps for possible solutions. ODWC has always been fantastic in it's management of resources but a little more thought is needed for the App. Thanks guys.

The app when I first got it worked great. This year I have not been able to get a "hard copy" to sync to the app. I had to log on to the Oklahoma Hunting website and have it sent to my email. This app still doesn't recognize that I have the hard copy and does a continuous loop for syncing and won't actually sync.

The app continually glitches. When you try to sign in, it won't do anything past your "info" page. Click "certify information" and it does nothing. Tried multiple times. The map is inaccurate and does not have the option of showing Corp lands. It only shows WMA boundaries and not much of it. Please fix.

I have worked with a lot of apps on Android phones. Unfortunately worst app I have ever used. Easy to set up your but after that all bets are off. Navigating the app like finding a needle in a haystack. The email I received said my application was ready with a link but didn't tell me where to pay. I used the app instead. Not much better. Too much guesswork. Finally got it done. Said license ready to print. clicked print..it didn't. Took a screenshot instead. Needs major improvements.

Started using this app for the fishing license during a family trip. Just got the hunting license. I like it however the only two reasons it didn't get a 5th star, 1 the upselling of stamps and permits after the fact I have said stamps and permits already in the basket. 2 the fact it can't s is both a blessing and annoying. I understand the security aspect of it but the convenience of said security measure is annoying when your trying to look something up before you buy it twice
